- The ropeway is accessible to wheelchairs and strollers.
- For guests bringing pets, please be sure to check the " About Pets " section before your visit, as it includes information on how to ride the ropeway and rules within the park.
- Pet fees are the same whether you purchase tickets online in advance, at the regular counter, or on specific dates.
- If Biwako Valley closes operations before the scheduled opening time due to inclement weather or other circumstances, no cancellation fee will be charged. However, we cannot compensate for travel expenses to the location.
- In the event of strong winds or lightning during business hours, we may suspend operations to ensure the safety of our customers. However, tickets purchased will not be refunded.
In the event of cancellation, we will send you a cancellation email. Please check the Biwako Valley official website for the reason for cancellation. - The surrounding roads become extremely congested on weekends and holidays. Please allow ample time for your journey, as refunds will not be issued if you are unable to arrive by your scheduled time.
- Web-purchased advance tickets cannot be resold, exchanged for cash, or used in conjunction with other service coupons.
- Resale is prohibited. We cannot be held responsible for any problems arising from resale.

- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
