- For customers who purchase the Swimming Pool Diving Experience course, they must pay an additional fee for the use of the swimming pool (around ₩50,000)

[Cancellation/Refund Policy]
- A 100% refund is allowed if you request 3 days before your scheduled course
- A 50% refund is allowed if you request 2 days before your scheduled course
- No refunds are allowed if you request a day before your scheduled course or on the scheduled date (No refunds are allowed for no-shows)
- *For tickets without a specific course, a 100% refund will be allowed within the validity period
