- Each voucher strictly admits 1 adult only. Every additional adult will be charged S$7.50 on-site, but this option is subject to available capacity
- Rescheduling of a confirmed session is not allowed
- No refunds, rescheduling, or replacements will be given to guests who do not show up during their scheduled visit
- If a ticket voucher is stolen or lost, Amazonia and KKday are not liable to replace or reinstate the voucher

- Guests must book a session from the website before arriving on-site for their intended visit. Any visitors who have not booked online before arrival will not be allowed admission to the session
- Guests should arrive at least 10 minutes before their session commencement to fill in a Health Declaration form before admission. Guests should also ensure that they have a QR scanner app pre-installed on their mobile phone to scan the code for the Health Declaration form on-site
- Each booking only allows admission for the number of children booked as shown on the KKday voucher. The guests will be charged S$37 per additional child ticket/meal on-site before admission
- All guests must wear socks during the entire session. If the guest does not have socks, socks are sold at the check-in counter for S$4/pair

- To ensure your safety, after you have received your Kiztopia Ticket, please make a reservation before your visit to Kiztopia Singapore
- Each admission ticket is valid for 1 participant below 12 years old and 1 accompanying adult only
- Children below 12 months old at the time of admission can enter for free when accompanied by a paying participant and an adult. A birth certificate for verification is required
- A participant 18 years old and above must be present for the admission of any participant below 12 years old

- Kiztopia Singapore: To ensure your safety, kindly make a reservation before your visit here once you have received your ticket
- Amazonia: To follow enhanced safety measures, you are required to make a reservation in advance here after having received your Singapore Amazonia voucher, which contains a promo code
- Select "Buy Tickets"
- Select the number of tickets under the "Child" category as per the number of child tickets purchased shown on your KKDay voucher
- Fill in the registration information and click on "Next"
- Select the date and operating hours and click "Proceed to Next Step" to determine the slot availability. If the slot is available, fill in details and click on "Proceed to Payment" to proceed. If the slot is unavailable, kindly select other dates as online capacity is an accurate representation of on-site capacity availability
- Enter your coupon code and ensure the "Order Summary" is correct before proceeding to "Proceed to Pay" and making your payment. Please note that the total will come out as S$0. An e-ticket confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. Present the booking confirmation together with a valid KKDay voucher for your admission
