Schedule can be changed to suit for concrete condition, but we make sure to keep all destinations in the table of tours.
Lunch is not included in tour fee. However, the tour guide can introduce to you some best local restaurants if necessary.
Bookings with travel dates in holidays need to be made at least 3 days prior to departure date, otherwise they might be cancelled due to high demand.
Cancellations of bookings with travel dates in holidays need to be made 5 days prior to departure date (instead of 2 in normal period) to avoid being charged.
Surcharge might apply 200,000 VND/way/group if the hotel/resort is far from city center
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
