Please arrive promptly at the specified time and location. Failure to do so will be considered voluntary withdrawal from the itinerary, and no refunds or compensation will be provided
Vehicles are dispatched according to the number of people. Please note that if the tour few participants, the driver will also serve as the tour leader. A small car may be used for the day, so please avoid bringing large luggage. If needed, please specify the size and number of luggage in the "Requests & Remarks" column
Please note that you cannot leave the group early or halfway through the itinerary. Doing so will be considered giving up the unfinished itinerary, with no additional refund
This itinerary includes long-distance travel. Participants with fluctuating physical conditions (such as pregnant women) should assess their health and participate accordingly. In case of a medical emergency during the trip, you may not be able to seek immediate medical attention
The planned travel itinerary may be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic and weather conditions. The duration of stops at attractions may change, and some attractions may be canceled. Please keep in mind that the arrival time for the return trip may also be significantly delayed.
Road traffic can be unpredictable, especially during the flower viewing season and holidays, leading to potential serious traffic jams. Please consider arranging a night trip if traffic conditions are congested. There will be no refund or compensation for delays
In case of trip cancellation due to weather or insufficient participants, a full refund will be issued. However, no refund will be provided if a passenger leaves the group halfway or voluntarily abandons the tour due to personal reasons
The flowering period varies yearly, with viewing times based on announcements from Japanese attractions. Sightseeing locations may change based on field conditions. In case of less-than-ideal weather or bloom conditions, the itinerary will proceed as planned. Please consider this before booking
Each person is allocated one seat on the bus, and advance seat reservations are not accepted. Depending on the registration situation on the day, you may be seated next to someone of the opposite sex
During the tour, bus and restaurant seating may be shared with fellow travelers from the same group. Seating arrangements will depend on the tour guide and the facility's setup on the day of the tour
Travelers under the age of 18 cannot participate alone and must be accompanied by adults over the age of 18
Children under the age of 4 who do not occupy a seat can join the group for free. Each adult can only bring one such child. If the child need a seat, please purchase a child ticket
The current sale date is based on last year's event dates, the actual 2025 dates have not been announced yet and will be updated as soon as it is officially confirmed
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 41 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 5% will apply
- For cancellations made 31 to 40 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 21 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
