  • The itinerary is for reference only. In the case of force majeure including but not limited to attraction closure due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances or adverse traffic or weather conditions, etc, the local tour company has the right to modify alternative arrangements or cancel the itinerary. No prior notice and no compensation would be provided
  • Travellers under 18 must be accompanied by at least 1 adult at all times
  • It is recommended that guests call 1-877-451-1777 at least 24 to 72 hours in advance to reconfirm pick-up time and location. The office is open in summer from 7:00 - 21:00 (PST) and in winter from 7:00 - 19:00
  • Local laws require car seats for children under 8 or under 145 cm in height. Please prepare your own car seat. Failure to do so will result in the inability to participate in the tour without refunds
  • There is no refund if a traveler withdraws during the trip or fails to participate in any itinerary due to personal reasons (such as no travel documents, late arrival, illness, accident, etc.). Please be informed
  • Drop-off time is approximately 1 hour after the tour ends, the local tour operator is not responsible for traffic or service delay. Please plan your flights accordingly
