  • Meeting times: 9:15 am, 10:15 am, 11:15 am, 12:15 pm, 1:15 pm
  • Departure times: 9:20 am, 10:20 am, 11:20 am, 12:20 pm. 1:20 pm
  • Meeting point: Lobby of a downtown hotel in the central city area of Sapporo. Please inform us of your preferred pick-up point
    *Pick-up will be in the central city area of Sapporo (ranging from Sapporo Station to Otori Park and the Susukino area). Additional charges may apply depending on the desired location
  • Duration:
    - Dynamic course - approximately 60 minutes; Extended course - approximately 2 hours and 40 minutes
    - Exciting course - approximately 90 minutes; Extended course - approximately 3 hours 10 minutes


— Important Information —

  • For safety reasons, participants aged 19 years or younger must ride in a snowmobile with an adult male driver
  • Participants who have been drinking are strictly prohibited from participating in this tour
  • You are required to fill out the 'Physical Condition Check Sheet' prior to participation

  • Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: Heart disease, Pregnant women

  • Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

  • Even in bad weather, such as blizzards, the tour will be held as long as it is safe on the course. If the tour is expected to be too harsh, participants may be contacted before departure

  • Given that accidents are inherent in motorsports, participants are generally responsible for any injuries resulting from accidents

  • It is strictly forbidden to ride the snowmobile if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs

  • Only cameras, tissues, and drinks are permitted on the course. Please hand any generated garbage over to the guide

  • If your temperature on the day of the event is 37.5°C or higher, or if you are not feeling well, you may be refrained from participating

  • Kindly wear a mask throughout the experience, including during travel

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
  • For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
