- Full-day Pass: Select 2 from the above types (Valid only on the same day / Morning+Afternoon or Afternoon+Night on days with night operation)

- A height of 120cm or more is available.

If not used within the validity period, full cancellation and refund are possible, but partial cancellation and refund are not possible.
When requesting a cancellation or refund, it takes 2-3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) to complete the refund after confirming usage.
To request a cancellation or refund, please check the purchase history of the shopping mall you purchased from or contact the shopping mall customer service center.

2) Receive mobile ticket (mobile ticket sent within 10 minutes upon purchase)
3) Present your mobile ticket at the ski house ticket office and exchange your lift ticket.
4) Enjoy skiing and boarding at O2 Resort
[Equipment rental usage guide]
1) Product purchase
2) Receive mobile ticket (mobile ticket sent within 10 minutes upon purchase)
3) Present the mobile ticket at the ski house ticket office and exchange the equipment rental voucher.
4) Present the equipment rental voucher at the rental shop on the 1st floor of the ski house and use it.

After receiving a cancellation or return request from the shopping mall where you purchased it, it will be processed after confirmation of use (takes 2-3 days).
※ Partial refund is not possible.

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
