-Red River Tour has the right to cancel the tour in some cases such as natural disasters, negative weather conditions, epidemics and wars.
-Red River Tour does not return any other fees to the customers but the paid tour ticket(s) and/or other extra service charges.
● Ong Lang: 100.000 VND/pax (The Shell, Ocean Bay, Camia, Chen Sea, Mango Bay, etc).
● Cua Can, Vung Bau: 200.000 VND /pax (Movenpick, Fusion, Nam Nghi, Green Bay, etc).
● Bai Dai, Ganh Dau: 400.000 VND/pax (Vinpearl, VinHolidays, Radisson Blu, etc).
● Cay Sao, Ham Ninh: 100.000 VND/pax (Rocks Beach Boutique, Voyage Phu Quoc Beach, Dugong Cottage, etc)
● Those who is under 1 meter tall is considered as “Baby”: Free of Charge.
● Those who is from 1 meter to under 1.4 meter is considered as “Children”: 70% of the adult price.
● Those who is from 1.4 meter and taller is considered “Adult”: Charged at adult price.
NOTICE: Under 10-year-old children have to join the tour under parents’ presence.
A minimum of 1 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date

In cases of force majeure (terrorism, war, natural disasters, bad weather conditions, etc) or because of a ban on boat/ speedboat, cars, roads, strikes, the flight delay/cancel, etc... tour itineraries may be adjusted or cancelled. Booking shall be refunded for unused services and no other compensation to be applied.
The tour program might be changed based on the conditions and still maintain the number of visiting places.
Customers are required to actively provide full name, ID number and the date of birth in order to buy the tourism insurance.
Any unused services in the tour program are not refundable.
