- It is recommended to wear clothing suitable for walking or hiking, enclosed waterproof shoes, a hat, sunglasses, and your camera
- Children need to be ages 7 or above and require an accompanying adult to fly. They will also need to be at least 120 cm tall so they can see over the top of the basket. Please also keep in mind that the burner noise can be a bit frightening to young children
- The weight limit for each individual is 140 kg, and 50 kg for children

Hot air ballooning relies on suitable weather conditions to proceed safely. Similarly, the tour may be postponed due to less than the minimum number of passengers being achieved. If your balloon flight has been canceled, a partial refund will be provided
