【Cancellation Policy】
- Refund policy for unreserved rooms: According to the "Commodity (Service) Gift Voucher Standardization Contract that should be recorded and not be recorded", when handling refunds, 3% of the face value will be charged as an administrative fee.
- Refund rules for reservations made to the farm: In accordance with the "items that should be recorded and not recorded in the finalized contract for individual passenger reservations", refunds will be made based on the face value of the accommodation voucher and the percentage of the original advance deposit received by the farm. - When a passenger’s itinerary is canceled due to natural disasters such as typhoons, strong earthquakes, and statutory infectious diseases, 5% of the room rate will be deducted from the self-booking deposit as a service fee; the balance will be refunded.
- When a passenger cancels a reservation before the 14th day before the scheduled stay date, it shall be handled in accordance with the "Refund Policy for Reservations Not Reserved".
- 70% of the deposit will be refunded when the passenger cancels the reservation between the tenth and the thirteenth day before the scheduled stay.
- 50% of the deposit will be refunded when the passenger cancels the reservation between the seventh day and the ninth day before the scheduled stay date.
- 40% of the deposit will be refunded when the passenger cancels the reservation between the 4th and the 6th day before the scheduled stay date.
- 30% of the deposit will be refunded when the passenger cancels the reservation on the second to the third day before the scheduled stay date.
