- Clutch lever motorbike: Honda XR 150cc
2. Picking-up & Returning points:
- Group 1, Cau Me commune, Phuong Thien, Ha Giang city (turn left 300 meter from Ha Giang bus station)
- Motorbike delivery in central Ha Giang city: Free of charge
— Important Info —
1. The driver must be from 18 years old and have a valid driving license.
2. Required documents: Nationality Identity Number/Passport and valid driving license and international driving license for Non-Vietnamese travelers (the actual license, not picture on phone or a photocopy) when receiving the motorbike from supplier.
3. Rental procedures:
- Renters must be of the legal age to drive and have a Driving License issued by an authorized agency.
- The following documents must be left for the service provider's keeping: please leave your ID card/ Passport, or your personal vehicle registration. (no deposit cash)
- Note: For group rental, only 1 person of the group is required to do the rental procedures.
4. Other services & benefits:
- All bikes are legally registered and having insurance.
- 2 Helmets and 1 raincoat for each bike.
- Clear and transparent rental agreement
5. Other notes:
- Renters will have to fuel the motorbike themselves.
- Do not peel or tear the warranty stamp on the motorbike.
- During the period of using the rental car, the renter must be responsible for operating the vehicle in strict compliance with Vietnam's traffic safety laws.
- In case there's any problem during the rental process, the renter needs to contact the service provider directly for solution.

Bike receiving and returning points (outside Ha Giang city)
- Rent in Ha Giang, return in Hanoi (vice versa): 400,000 vnd/motorbike; 500,000 vnd/ clutch lever motorbike
- Rent in Ha Giang, return in Dong Van - Meo Vac District (vice versa): 300,000 vnd/ motorbike; 350,000 vnd/ clutch lever motorbike
Surcharge for exceeding returning time (Pay in cash to service provider)
- 1 day rental based on 24 hours
- The rental price is calculated for at least 1 day, if customers go for just a few hours, the rental price is still calculated as 1 day
- For second day rental, the surcharge will be calculated by hours as follow:
+ Motorbike: 15,000 VND/hour, clutch lever motorbike: 50,000 VND/hour
+ More than 30 minutes will round to 1 hour.
+ If your rental hours are > 9 hours, it will be counted as 1 day rental.
For backpacking travelers
- 3/4 headed helmet with or without glasses: 10,000 VND/day
- Rainwear (including 1 shirt, 1 pants and 1 shoe cover): 30,000 VND/set
- Reflective belt: 10,000 VND/piece

- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
