- The fleet does not offer wheelchair accessibility. Whilst the vessels are not wheelchair friendly, our crew will be happy to assist passengers with limited mobility in boarding the vessel both on the gangway and using the stairs, with your or a carer’s consent
- Seatings are first-come and first serve base, no booking available
- There are no baby-changing facilities on board
- Vivid Sydney is organized by the NSW Government and Destination NSW
- Please note images displayed for this product are from previous Sydney Vivid festivals, previews of this years festival are not made open to the public until the festival commences
- Fireworks displays are subject to weather and safety conditions. In the event of cancellation, our Vivid Sydney cruises will continue to operate as scheduled
- Requests for dietary (gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free), substitutions and modifications of menus will be politely declined

Please arrive at the designated location 30 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes. No high heels
While shorts are permitted on the cruise, singlets are strictly not allowed onboard
Please check the weather conditions prior to travel as jackets may be required
Guests that fail to arrive before the boarding time will be classed as no-shows without any refund
Bringing your own drink is not allowed onboard
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
