Purchase Notice
- Please specify your hotel's name and address in the pickup location section upon booking
- Travelers are not allowed to carry luggage cases (including carry-on suitcases), and buses are not allowed admission
- Please prepare your backpack or other soft bags for this tour, and deposit your luggage at other applicable places. Please comply to avoid an entry decline
- By the US traffic laws, children under the age of 6 must be seated in a booster car seat in all vehicle types. Please notify us of the number of eligible children in the "Note" section when booking, failure to comply may result in a participation decline
- Children under the age of 5 are not allowed to join the tour. Travelers under 18 must be accompanied by at least 1 adult aged 18 or over for participation. Children and adult prices are the same
- Please arrive at the designated meeting point promptly as the bus will depart on time. Refunds will not be granted to late arrivals
- Refunds or compensation will not be granted to travelers who leave the tour halfway through or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accidents)
- Please provide an active contact number when booking so we can get hold of you in the event of an emergency. If you fail to provide accessible contact number, no compensation nor refund will be provided should you miss the tour
- Please note that Mandarin-speaking tour guides will no longer be available from 2021. All Chinese attraction details are pre-recorded and will be played at the attractions or on the tour vehicle
- Please note that this tour is not wheelchair accessible or for travelers with reduced mobility
- A 15-seater van will be used for transportation
Reminders
A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
Travelers will receive an email from tour operator, MaxTour LLC, to confirm details for pick-up time and location 1 day before the tour and refer to the latest info on the email. The email address will be <reservations@maxtour.co> while the subject line is “Important Info: Pickup Time for Tomorrow's Tour.” Please keep an eye on the email address you use while booking and check your inbox or spam folders to make sure you receive the email. Please note that no compensation nor refund will be provided should you fail to provide an active email address or fail to receive an email from the tour operator to confirm details for pick-up information
If you haven’t been emailed the day before your tour (by 1 PM), please call the phone number on the voucher and the local agency will inform you the details for pickup information
The itinerary is for reference only. In the case of force majeure including but not limited to attraction closure due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances or adverse traffic or weather conditions,etc, the local tour company has the right to modify alternative arrangements or cancel the itinerary. No prior notice and no compensation would be provided
Travelers may be asked to present ID documents (e.g. passport, ID card) for identity verification. Please make sure you carry these documents with you on the day of your tour
Water and essential snacks will be provided during the tour, with the tour guide recommending restaurants for meals (at the travelers' expense)
Start your day with a delicious breakfast, including muffins, bananas, assorted nuts, dried fruits, grains, snacks, juice, and coffee (subject to change).
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
