Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica guided tour

Meeting point description: Meet your guide 15 minutes before the tour starts at the corner of Viale Vaticano and Via Tunisi, between Caffè Vaticano and Hotel Alimandi Vaticano. The guide will be waiting at the bottom of the wide steps across the street from the entrance of the Vatican Museums. The closest metro stop is Ottaviano-Musei Vaticani (red line A). Coordinators will be wearing blue polo shirts or jackets for easy recognition.(Via Tunisi, 4, 00192 Rome RM, Italy)

Accessibility:Not suitable for guests with wheelchairs or any other impairments requiring special assistance

Not allowed:It is not possible to bring strollers or baby carriages

Know in advance:Please note that small group tours will have no more than 12 participants and regular group tours will have no more than 20 participants. Meeting points and inclusions are the same for both tours

Saint Peter's Basilica is subject to last-minute closures for religious ceremonies. When this occurs, you'll be offered an extended tour of the Vatican Museums

You'll be requested to provide the full names of all participants during checkout. Without this information, access to St. Peter's Basilica cannot be guaranteed

On Wednesdays, access to St. Peter's Basilica may not be possible until 1 pm, due to the Papal Audience taking place in St. Peter's Square

Please note that in case of unexpected closures of some of the areas inside the venues, the guide may have to modify the itinerary slightly
