Scooters and bicycles are considered cargo and placed on the ferry deck. You must pay the freight fee (approx. 200 TWD) directly to the crew at the shipside before boarding. This is subject to on-site conditions; as each ferry has different cargo capacity, we cannot guarantee there will be enough space on the deck on the day of travel, so please arrive as early as possible.
If you wish to bring any pets on board, please carry a quarantine certificate. Small pets must be in a cage or pet carrier to enter the passenger cabin. Large dogs are not allowed in the cabin and must be leashed, muzzled, and secured on the outer deck. Please carry your pet's microchip certificate and rabies vaccination record with you.
Before booking, please ensure that the International Driving Permit (IDP) issued by your country of residence is valid for car rental services in Taiwan.
Due to Taiwan regulations, holders of driver's licenses from South Korea, Thailand, and China are not permitted to rent vehicles in Taiwan.
Please wear a helmet at all times while riding a scooter. Drunk driving or operating under the influence of drugs is strictly prohibited.
Scooter rental passengers must refuel at their own expense, please be aware.
If sailings are combined at short notice due to rough seas and you travel on a different sailing from the one booked, no fare difference will be refunded or charged.
