Passengers who sign up for this trip must provide a "Taiwan mobile phone contact number" so that the tour guide can contact you to avoid delaying the trip (if you cannot provide advice, do not sign up for this trip).
This registration form will not take effect until the order is confirmed, and it will be deemed that both parties have signed the Tourism Bureau’s standardized domestic travel contract. Passengers are advised to read the contents of the contract themselves.

Tour bus seats are arranged according to the passenger registration order number. To show fairness, the company does not accept any passenger's assigned seat. If passengers need to adjust their seats, please coordinate with the passengers on the same bus to change seats on the day of departure.

Maple leaves belong to nature and cannot be predicted with 100% accuracy. Please evaluate the discoloration condition yourself before registering. No cancellation or refund will be requested due to poor discoloration before or after departure.
In the event of typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rains and other irresistible factors of nature, Guoguang Holidays reserves the right to postpone the departure or provide a full refund.

Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 41 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 5% will apply
- For cancellations made 31 to 40 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 21 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
