NOC Insurance can exempt business losses incurred from the rental car companies if the vehicle cannot continue be rented.

Reminders
Please be sure to bring required documents (original driver's license of your country, Japanese translation of the driver's license (or an International Driving Permit), passport) when renting. If the rental process does not proceed smoothly due to lack of or invalid documents, it will be deemed as canceled the day of and 100% transaction fee will be charged.
During the usage of the vehicle, in case of any accidents, please be sure to contact the car rental and report it to the police. Failure to report to the police will not be included in the scope of Indemnity Against Liability.
The gas tanks of the rental cars are full at the time of pick-up. Please fill up the gas tank before returning the vehicle, and return it to the designated location within the agreed time. A corresponding fee will be charged if the gas tank is not filled.
For additional self-paid items, please confirm and pay (cash or credit card) when renting.
If you need to extend the rental period after pick-up, please contact the store in advance before the agreed return time.
The fee for using the ETC pass will be settled when returning the car, and can be paid in cash or by credit card.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 7 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
