- Sightseeing services are available 24 hours a day. There is no extra charge for late nights or early mornings.
- Please be sure to provide the following information at the time of booking:
- Customer or representative name
- Number of passengers (how many adults, how many children)
- Desired time, pick-up location, drop-off location, destinations
- Phone number that is contactable on the day
- Whether or not a child car seat is used (We provide it free of charge. If you need child car seats, please write the number you need.)
- Japanese law requires infants aged 0-5 to use child car seats. Each child seat requires 1.5 normal seat spaces. When making a reservation, please make sure you have enough seating space.
- Please let us know at the time of booking if you have somewhere you particularly want to go, something you are particularly interested in, or something you particularly want to eat on Awaji Island.
- Please let us know if you have booked lunch etc. yourself.

Charter time overage fees
If you use the vehicle for more than an hour beyond the chartered time, you will be charged overage fees.
The overage fee is JPY3900 per hour. (Authorized fare. Please pay it to the driver in cash on the day of the trip.)
Reminders
If the number of passengers and luggage exceed the prescribed regulations on the day, the driver reserves the right to refuse passage for safety reasons.
Please look after your valuables or fragile items yourself. We cannot provide any compensation in case of damage. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
Please fasten your seat belt after boarding the taxi.
To avoid injury etc. due to sudden braking, do not allow your children to play in the car.
The drivers will not be able to enter temples and other tourist facilities. They will wait in the parking lot. Please note that parking fees will be borne by the customer.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
