・Please return your costume before 6:00pm on the same day
・Summer yukata packages are available from June 1 to September 30. Please note that duration is subject to change and is dependent on local seasonal changes. Kimonos will be provided in the event that yukatas are not available
・Sizes:
- Adult packages: travelers 145 cm or over in height
- Children packages: children 90 - 135 cm in height
・Please note that fitting and hairstyling takes ~1 hr
・Please specify your preferred branch in the "Note" section when booking. Travelers must proceed to Kyoto Headquarter (Karasuma-Gojo) for their kimono experience if not otherwise specified

Returns on the following day before 12:00pm will incur a JP¥1,000 service fee, to be paid on-site. Please bring ¥ 10,000 for deposit and a copy of your passport or related documents. For returns after 12:00pm on the following day, you will be charged a 1-day rental fee

・Any damage to accessories will incur a compensation fee

Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
