On the day of departure, please go to Kuo-kuang Bus Counter No. 20 on the first floor of Taipei Transit Station (No. 209, Section 1, Civic Avenue, Datong District, Taipei City) 10-15 minutes in advance to collect tickets. Please wait in line to get on the bus

The temperature on Alishan is about 12º lower than that on the flat land and Alishan Forest Park is mostly stairs. Please assess your physical condition before signing up. It is recommended to wear good walking shoes and warm supplies (clothes, warm packs, etc.), as well as bring a flashlight, rain gear, and trekking poles
