- Please indicate the rental date and time in the order notes. The exact time will be based on the pick-up time on the same day.
- After completing the order, please go to the system to complete the registration and upload the documents , which can greatly shorten the time to pick up the car on the same day.
- Instructions for 24-hour car use: for example, if you pick up the car at 11:00 on January 1, you must return it before 11:00 on January 2. If you return the car after 11:00, an additional fee of NT$110/hour will be charged when returning the car. If the time exceeds 4 hours, it will be calculated as one day.
- Foreign passengers who do not hold a Taiwanese driver's license should confirm by phone before placing an order. The use of international driver's licenses in Taiwan held by reciprocal countries announced by the Taiwan Driver's License Administration will be determined based on the situation.
- How to find a battery swap station:
1. Use ZOCHA's Xiaozhu Car Management app to navigate to the nearest battery swap station with one click, or use it to display surrounding battery swap stations.
2. Use Google maps to search for GOGORO STATION battery replacement.
3. Use the battery swap station to query - Whether luggage storage is available: Please ask the store again.

Overtime Fees
NT$110 per hour. If the time exceeds 4 hours, it will be counted as one day.
Exceeding mileage limit fees
60 kilometers of free mileage per day, 120 kilometers of free mileage per two days, and so on. Any excess mileage will be charged NT$3.5 per kilometer, payable on-site upon return of the vehicle.
Reminders
Please bring your driver's license and ID card.
All vehicles are insured with compulsory motorcycle insurance. In addition, we cooperate with insurance companies to provide travel safety insurance on site, which consumers can add on their own.
Upon returning the vehicle, we recommend that you inspect it from all sides and take photos or videos to avoid any subsequent disputes. Renters are requested to take good care of the vehicle and ensure it remains intact. If the vehicle is significantly damaged or vandalized, we will claim compensation for the affected parts.
What should you do if an accident occurs? 1. Preserve the scene/take photos for evidence (if there are no casualties and the vehicle is still difficult to drive, wait (after taking photos for evidence, you can move the vehicle first). 2. Call for assistance (110 Police Station/119 Fire Department/112 Emergency Rescue) or customer service 0800875888. 3. Cooperate with the police. 4. Collect relevant documents (collect contact information of both parties involved in the accident/request a three-part traffic accident form). ※Please enter the tenant's customer name on the three-part traffic accident form. If someone else is entered, the insurance will not cover the accident. Accident Handling Process
Motorcycle rentals are limited to riding within the county or city and are not allowed across counties or cities.

Validity Period
- The voucher must be used on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
