- Guests under the age of 18 can enjoy mocktails instead of Singapore Sling / Champagne
- Please note that guests who booked the Singapore Sling Flight or Premium Champagne Flight will all be placed in a shared capsule and not a private capsule. There will be a maximum of 7 guests in a capsule

- Skyline Lunch Experience: Children under the age of 3 are not permitted unless it is a private capsule booking
- Dinner Experience: Children under the age of 7 are not permitted unless it is a private capsule booking
- Please note that guests who booked the Sky Dining Experience will be seated in a shared capsule and not a private capsule. There will be a maximum of 6 guests in one capsule
- Guests are requested to dine in smart casual attire. Shorts, slippers, and flip-flops are not allowed
- Email customer_service@singaporeflyer.com if you have special dietary requests at least three working days prior to your Singapore Flyer Sky Dining experience
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the capsules
- For safety reasons, candles, open flames and balloons are not allowed in the capsules

For Beverage Flight and Sky Dining Experience, all guests must arrive at the Guest Services Lounge (Level 1) 30 minutes before your flight time. Boarding for latecomers will be at the discretion of our team and subject to availability.
For Singapore Flyer + Time Capsule Ticket, please present your e-voucher at the Singapore Flyer & Time Capsule Admission at Level 1 for admission.
For the safety of our guests, Singapore Flyer flight operations may be temporarily suspended in the event of inclement weather. Affected guests may revisit within the next 30 days.

- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
