- Luggage storage service is available at Shiki-no-Jouhoukan (Visitor Service Center next to JR Biei Station)
- Everyone who enters the field needs to make a reservation. We don't allow anyone to enter the field without booking (i.e., interpreters, guides, and other assistants are also required to book)
- On the day of the tour, please wear comfortable clothing, hiking boots, or shoes that are easy to walk in
- Please bring your own drinks. There are vending machines outside the meeting place, but no vending machines or convenience stores are on site

- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
