When you are finished splashing about at Moonbay's private beach, head on over to Kawa Kawa Wetland, a recently opened attraction with a daily visitor limitation, causing the wetlands to be more conserved.   • In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you

  • Travelers must sign a liability release form prior to the snorkeling and diving experience

  • Travelers who wish to participate in the dive for licensed divers are required to bring their diver's license and diving log

  • Please note that the itinerary is subject to traffic and weather conditions

  • Please refrain from touching marine life and coral reef while diving

  • Please contact customer services and share your travel date before booking to ensure the availability of diving coaches on the day of the tour

  • It is suggested to bring your own snorkeling equipment, especially for children below 12 years old, since the provided snorkeling equipment (mask and snorkel) are adult-sized

  • Transfers to or from hotels located in Tuaran will incur the following fees: 1–3 people: RM15/person; 4 or more: RM10/person. Transfers to or from hotels located in Kinarut will incur the following fees: 1–6 people: RM30/person; 7 or more: RM15/person (all fees are one-way and to be paid directly to the driver)

  • For scuba diving travelers, please do not board a plane, consume alcohol, or engage in physical activities within 24 hours after your experience

  • Refunds will not be granted for missed tours due to personal reasons
