First, the day before the tour, I communicated with the tour operator and the driver via KKday's messaging system. On the day of the tour, the driver contacted me and arranged to pick me up at a location of my choice. (I requested to be met at my hotel.) Unfortunately, we encountered a heavy downpour, and I was unable to see the sunset at Gaomei Wetlands, which was my main destination. However, the driver took the weather forecast and other factors into consideration when deciding on the route. I communicated with the driver, Mr. Lin, using a translation app. He drove carefully, and I appreciated his explanations and guidance on how to get around the temples. I haven't yet seen Gaomei Wetlands on a sunny day, so I would like to use his services again.
