We are a family with two children. Because our children sometimes get sick unexpectedly, we find it difficult to make advance reservations, but we are very grateful that we can purchase tickets at the advance price even on the day of our visit. However, entry takes a little time. A staff member told us, "These tickets are routed through an overseas server, so it takes some time to load."

My family of 6 rode with Fukuyama-san over an 8-hour tour within Kawaguchiko and then back to Tokyo. He was professional and courteous and we really enjoyed chatting with him. My family is quite international and we could converse with him in different languages, which was a lot of fun. He knew Kawaguchiko well and could recommend the best places to visit and arrange logistics on where to park, drop us off, etc. He explained clearly the best places to meet back up and was continuously punctual. His car itself was clean and comfortable for all of us. On the drive back to Tokyo, we hit really bad traffic and he was mindful of when we might need a bathroom break so as also to optimize our return time. We would highly recommend him to others. It took a long time from purchasing the tickets to receiving confirmation that they were secured, but when I inquired via chat, I received a reply relatively quickly and was relieved that the arrangements were made successfully. The message to 070- was pointless. All's well that ends well.

During our trip to Okinawa, we found that using an iPhone was convenient, had a stable signal, fast network speed, and was reasonably priced. Before activation, you need to connect to the airport's free Wi-Fi to successfully register your SIM card.

Very easy and convenience. Buy and exchange it when we are in Japan. Nothing complicated. Love it. :-)
