Irregular Service Hour/Range

1) 7- to 10-seater charter service hours: 8:00-22:00. 21-seater charter service hours: 8:00-22:00. If you require service outside the above service hours, please provide the time in the booking remarks for our customer service to confirm

2) This is a one-day charter service within the Tokyo 23 wards. If the journey goes or ends outside of the Tokyo 23 wards, a surcharge may incur. We advise providing the detail addresses so our customer service can confirm whether a surcharge will apply

Overtime Fee

This product is a same-day round-trip charter service within Tokyo’s 23 wards. If the pickup or drop-off location is outside Tokyo’s 23 wards, additional charges may apply. It is recommended to provide detailed addresses when placing the order, and customer service will confirm whether extra fees are required.

If the actual service time exceeds 10 hours, overtime charges will apply:
7–14 seater vehicles: JPY 5,000 per hour
21-seater vehicles: JPY 10,000 per hour

Second child seat fee

The first child seat is free of charge. The second child seat will incur a fee of JPY 2,000, payable directly to the driver.

Fee to go up to the Fuji Subaru Line 5th Station

If the itinerary includes going up to the Fuji Subaru Line 5th Station, a charge between JPY 2,060-4,700 applies decending on the vehicle type
