Fun. The tour guide was great. Convenient transportation. I would recommend it if you had any travel plans.

The tour guide and driver were kind and considerate. Although the last attraction ended early, it did not affect the quality of the tour.

This skiing experience was absolutely fantastic! As a complete beginner, I was a little nervous at first, but I'm incredibly grateful to Instructor Tracy. She's such a wonderful instructor; even when I forgot my goggles (I left them in the car), she handled it perfectly, allowing me to ski with peace of mind. The instruction was also very thorough, with the instructor providing individualized guidance based on each student's needs. I was even able to take the chairlift up to tackle the higher, steeper runs, and I only fell once the whole time! It was so satisfying. This experience has made me fall in love with skiing completely, and I'll definitely be back. I highly recommend it! Hakodate Mountain Ski Resort is also beautiful, with views of Lake Biwa, and it wasn't too crowded, making for a fantastic skiing experience.

Although some unexpected situations arose during the trip, the tour guide was very helpful, the trip ended successfully, and the driver was also very kind.

The location is somewhat remote, but there is paid parking available for 1500 yen per day. If you are not driving, you will need to take a bus. The package only includes skis, a jacket, ski pants, and ski boots. Helmets and gloves need to be rented separately; prices can be found on the ski resort's website. Goggles are not available for rent; you need to bring your own or purchase them on-site, or you can choose not to use them. There is a restaurant on-site, but the food is average and the prices are a bit high. The ski resort is not very large, with two main ski runs; the lowest run is suitable for beginners. Perhaps because it is artificial snow, the snow is quite hard, so falls can be painful; be extra careful. Overall, it's a 10/10, worth visiting for beginners and families.

I bought the Premier 7000 pass, but you'll actually break even if you visit just a few key attractions – a boat trip for 1700, the Fubuki Herb Garden for 2000, the Ferris wheel for 800, the Malacca Cable Car for 2250, plus a few optional attractions (we went to the Toy Museum for 1000), that's more than enough. At Kitano Ijinkan, besides the Moegi-no-Dokan, the Netherlands, Denmark, and Austria pavilions included in the pass are quite boring; I recommend buying a combined ticket for other pavilions on-site to make up for it. Kobe Tower is not included! The staff on-site will know how to redeem the Smart Pass; it's very convenient!
