Fun and light activity, beginner friendly and kid friendly. Was informative and hands on workshop to make our own dashi-infused soy sauce and flavoured miso balls. Facilitators were friendly and eager to impart their knowledge. Class was held in their nice and comfortable cafe in the quaint town of Tatsuno.
