The tour guide worked very hard, switching between Chinese and English, and was extremely attentive! Truly fantastic! The scenery along the way was beautiful; I saw many stunning views, and it brought me great peace. However, I must point out the downside of this tour: there were too many people, and the ethnicities were very diverse, making the travel a bit difficult due to different customs. But the group was very punctual – which was really great! This itinerary was a bit rushed, so the guide often walked quite fast, requiring a brisk walk or even a jog to keep up. The mini-train ride, as mentioned on KKDAY, was an extra charge, but I didn't find the experience very enjoyable and it wasn't quite worth it.
Our tour guide, Li Chunxiang, was incredibly attentive and thorough! The itinerary was smoothly arranged, and even her dinner recommendations on the return trip were excellent. Great value for money!
Great place to see all of Fukuoka! Just wish the ticket would allow flexibility on which day to use the ticket!
However, do not buy the package with 1-day transit pass because you can only redeem the 1-day pass at for Fukuoka’s international airport! Once you leave the international airport, there is no way to redeem at all! I totally wasted my money on that! I could have just buy one at Hakata Station!
Every time I go to Japan, I book a day trip to some remote attractions through KKDAY. It's so easy to get to the beautiful places I want to visit without any hassle! This time, our guide, Mr. Tian (my Mandarin isn't very good, so I hope I heard correctly! 😜), provided excellent service. He was polite, funny, and considerate. The female driver was also very polite and had great driving skills. Driving on the winding mountain roads, I didn't feel any swaying or jolting at all, and the whole trip was very comfortable.
Do not know how to drive and do not have to always check the bus time this tour is really worth recommending! First of all, we must praise the tour guide Mr. Ah and the driver, Mr. Sun. Originally, the guide of my car didn't show up for some reason, but fortunately the tour guide of the other car, Mr. Ah, managed to balance the tourists from both cars well. Can speak Cantonese very friendly, time control is very good, help take pictures, there are things to note are said clearly. It is very convenient to have a car pick up near Hakata JR station. The itinerary is very rich, each attraction has its own characteristics and little surprises. You won't get bored after playing all day. Although the time is a bit tight, but I want to experience are satisfied. You can enjoy a moment of leisure at the Forest Coffee Shop. Suitable for being alone or taking photos with friends. For lunch if you do not choose grilled seafood can choose other, next to also other restaurant options. The salt pudding at Salt Workshop is really delicious, the coffee pudding is amazing. The weather was great that day, and the combination of white torii, ocean and azure sky felt beautiful for casual photos!
We were 7 adults and 1 child with 8 luggages, and we got a very comfortable 20-seater minibus. The driver also kindly told us how to get to the waiting area after leaving the airport. We will call this airport shuttle again next time!
