The tour package is good, at least save the hassle to find transport to travel from places. The driver Toyo very punctual and patient. Though his English isn't good however he will try to explain things that we asked. unfortunately our Borobudur temple tour caught in the rain however our 2nd half visit Prambanan temple was good with nice sun light. Overall great experiences.
Initially, I had planned to get around and enter the sites on my own, so when I saw the price, I jumped at the chance. In the case of Noor, my driver and guide, he contacted me three days before the activity. It's reassuring to receive contact. Of course, he also contacted me the day before. On the day of the activity, he came to pick me up early. We immediately got in the car and set off, and he explained the activities along the way. Driving in the city of Yogyakarta is difficult, but he seemed used to it and drove smoothly, so I felt at ease. I think many other drivers tend to drive quite fast. We visited Borobudur, a coffee shop (the typical kind), a jeep ride up Mount Merapi, a restaurant, and Prambanan, and thanks to our guide Noor, we were able to see everything smoothly. In addition, he edited the videos he took and sent them to me as a memento, which I was very happy about. Yogyakarta! I really love this city.
