I was worried because we were six men who couldn't speak any Japanese, but everything went according to plan as we had originally requested when making the reservation. The driver was kind enough to accompany us at each stop and explain everything, and we had no trouble communicating in English.
It is comfortable, affordable, and offers the best value for money. Exchanges are easy, and as one of the top three night views, it is a must-visit attraction if you come to Hakodate.
This was my first time experiencing kimono with my parents, and thanks to the owner, we had a wonderful afternoon. The owner was incredibly attentive in helping us put on the kimonos, and afterwards even took photos and a short video for us. I even felt like my parents had their wedding photos taken again—it was so touching! We are truly grateful to the owner, and I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Hakodate!
