We had a great experience with the 9-hour car service package. The driver met us easily at the train station. The Denza D9 luxury van was brand new, was very feature rich and comfortably fit our family of 6. The company also well managed communications and logistics.

Before we board the van, the driver lost his phone wire inside the van. We don’t even go to the front seat, how should we know where was his wire. The driver keep shouting for his losing wire and we are not comfortable at all during the journey so i give low rating due to the poor hospitality and lack of manerism of the driver.
