The service passes through the Shenzhen Bay Port for one-stop customs clearance. Passengers are required to disembark once and re-board the bus after clearing customs to continue to Sam’s Club.

Luggage Size Restrictions - Standard Luggage: Maximum dimensions 55cm x 45cm x 20cm (i.e., 22in x 18in x 8in); Maximum weight 10kg (i.e., 22lb). Hand Luggage: Maximum dimensions 37.5cm x 25cm x 15cm (i.e., 15in x 10in x 6in).
The company reserves the absolute discretion to refuse the carriage of oversized, overweight, or extra-long luggage (where the sum of length, width, and height exceeds 120cm), or any other items deemed unsuitable for transport on the bus; passengers shall not object. For excess luggage, the company reserves the right to require passengers to purchase an additional luggage ticket. For trips to/from Hong Kong International Airport, the price is equivalent to a child ticket (or adult ticket price for routes without child fares). For trips to/from Hong Kong urban areas / Hong Kong Disneyland / Tung Chung Citygate Outlets, the price is equivalent to an adult ticket.
Infants aged 0-2 are free of charge and do not occupy a seat.

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
