• Travel Duration: ~2 hours 
• Location: Cebu Pier 1 or OceanJet Ticketing Office, Bohol Tagbilaran Pier
  
• Booking & Schedule: Trip schedule depends on available slots and may change without notice. Voucher is valid only on selected dates and times. Please confirm after booking.
  
• Check-In: Arrive 30 minutes before departure 
  
• Customers may present the e-voucher, pre-printed voucher, or voucher on their device along with a valid ID or passport.
  
• Missed Ferry: Tickets can be rescheduled at the pier (extra charges may apply). 
• Advance Reservation: Provide date and time to the service provider when booking. Any changes after booking must be done on-site at the port (additional charges may apply).
  

— Child & Pregnancy & Pet Policy—

• Infants (0–1 year): Free if not occupying a seat 
• Children (2–11 years, Tourist/Open-Air Class): 50% off on-site with ID proof (not applicable for Business Class) 
• Pregnancy Policy
       - Women ≤28 weeks must sign a waiver
       - Women 4–7 months must present a medical certificate.
       - Beyond allowable pregnancy period may be denied boarding.
• Pets: Allowed if in a secure cage with a Bureau of Quarantine permit.
       - Pet's rate is per kilo same as excess baggage but base on volume weight or actual weight whichever is higher.

—Baggage Policy—

Tourist Class & Open-Air:

• Free baggage allowance: 10 kg per passenger 
• All trolley and collapsible bags must be checked in for safety and comfort 
• One hand-carry bag allowed per passenger (max dimensions 130 cm L+H+W) 
• Extra baggage will incur additional fees
  

Business Class:

• Free baggage allowance: 20 kg per passenger
• One hand-carry trolley bag allowed (max dimensions 130 cm)
• Extra baggage will incur additional fees

Hand-Carry Items:

• Mobile phone, laptop, essential travel kit, medicines, cash, jewelry, and important documents must be hand-carried 
• Dangerous goods are not allowed in carry-on or checked baggage
