2. The daily charter service duration is 10 hours, starting from the agreed pickup time, including driving, sightseeing, and waiting time.
3. Pickup and drop-off locations are limited to hotels in downtown Los Angeles or mutually confirmed locations. Please confirm in advance if additional fees apply for pickups in other areas.
4. The itinerary includes recommended attractions such as La Jolla Cove, Balboa Park, Old Town San Diego, and Coronado Island. The actual order of visits will be adjusted based on traffic conditions and traveler preferences.
5. The vehicle type is arranged according to your selected package; specific vehicle brands, years, or models cannot be requested.
6. If children are traveling with you, please provide their ages and child safety seat requirements at the time of booking. The first child safety seat is free; a fee of US$15 applies for a second seat, which must be reserved and confirmed in advance.
7. Meals, attraction admission tickets, personal expenses, and other unlisted costs are at the traveler's own expense.
8. Please confirm the feasibility and related costs with the service provider in advance if you need to extend the charter time, change the pickup location, or add stops to the itinerary.

For charter services exceeding 10 hours, an overtime fee of US$50 per hour applies (if applicable). A fee of US$15 applies for a second child safety seat. Additional quotes must be confirmed in advance for pickups outside the agreed area, additional itinerary stops, or other special requests. Attraction admission tickets, meals, and personal expenses are at the traveler's own expense.
Important notes
Travelers under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Children and infants are included in the passenger count and must use appropriate child safety seats in accordance with California law. The number of passengers and luggage must not exceed the legal capacity of the booked vehicle.
