[Age Requirement]
- This performance is for ages 7 and above. (Based on the 2026 performance, those born on or before December 31, 2020 are eligible to attend.)
- Those under the required age are not permitted to enter, regardless of whether they hold a ticket or are accompanied by a guardian. Please check the age requirement before booking.
[Admission and Seating Information]
- The lobby opens 1 hour before the performance, and seating begins 30 minutes before the performance.
- Admission times may change depending on on-site conditions.
- Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Once seated, you may not move to other seats or sections.
- Admission may be restricted after the performance begins. If admitted, you may be directed to a different seat to avoid disturbing other audience members.
- Re-entry is not permitted if you leave during the performance.
[Prohibited Items]
- Only beverages with lids are permitted inside the venue. Alcoholic beverages and food are prohibited.
- Items such as bottles, fireworks, lasers, and other hazardous materials, as well as bouquets and balloons, may be restricted.
- For safety reasons, large items such as long umbrellas and suitcases are not permitted in the seating area. Please bring a foldable umbrella in case of rain.
[Storage Service Information]
- Free storage service is available from 1 hour before the performance until 10 minutes before the performance begins.
- Operating hours may change or end early depending on on-site conditions.
- As this is an on-site storage service rather than a dedicated locker facility, please minimize personal belongings and travel light for a smoother experience.
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage to stored items.
[Photography and Cheering Equipment Information]
- Any form of unauthorized photography, recording, or live streaming via social media during the performance is prohibited.
- Audience members may be filmed or appear on broadcast screens during the performance. By booking, you are considered to have consented to this.
- The use of personal cheering equipment that may disturb other audience members is restricted.
[Cancellation, Changes, Refunds, and Other Notices]
- Free cancellation is available up to 1 day before the performance. Cancellations, changes, and refunds are not possible on the day of the performance.
- Casting schedules and performance content are subject to change depending on the artist and production company.
- Please read the guidelines carefully before attending the performance and cooperate with the instructions of the on-site staff.
- We ask for your active cooperation to prevent any inconvenience or safety accidents that may arise from failure to read the guidelines or follow the instructions of the on-site staff.
