● The minimum number of people required for booking is 2.
● For 2-person rounds, you may be joined by another team. We cannot guarantee a private 2-person round.
● For 3-person bookings, a single cart fee may apply, and additional costs may be incurred depending on local conditions.
● If there are fewer than 4 people in your booking, a private round is not guaranteed. You may be joined by other players on-site.

● The tee time provided is based on real-time availability. You must confirm your booking within 10 minutes to finalize it.

● The golf course used may be subject to change depending on local conditions on the day of play.
● Due to golf course operating policies and local conditions, booked tee times may be changed or delayed/advanced without prior notice (tee-off times may be slightly delayed during the winter peak season in Southeast Asian golf courses, in particular). Refunds and cancellations due to these changes are not permitted.
● If you are unable to play due to personal reasons, refunds and rescheduling are not available.
[Cancellation and Refund Policy]
Business days for cancellation and refund processing: Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00. Closed on weekends and public holidays. Cancellations made outside of business hours will be processed based on the next business day for cancellation fee application.

[Information Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters]
Golf courses generally continue to operate even when it rains.
In most cases, rain is squall-like, allowing you to take temporary shelter and continue play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, advance cancellation and green fee refunds due to rain are not available.
You must visit the course and follow the specific operating policies of the golf course (e.g., rain vouchers, etc.).
