Once the QR code has been scanned and the order is successfully downloaded, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
eSIM installation requires an Internet connection. Please install it when you have access to a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection (some airport Wi-Fi may cause installation failure).
It is recommended to scan and install the eSIM upon arrival at your destination to avoid starting the validity period early. (Travelers heading to Turkey must install the eSIM before arriving in Turkey.)
Before using the eSIM, be sure to turn off data roaming for your primary SIM card to avoid high international roaming charges caused by accidental usage. You are responsible for any such charges, and no subsidies will be provided, including roaming fees, overseas SIM/eSIM purchase costs, or transportation expenses.
iOS 12.1 or later is required. Please note that iPhones sold in mainland China do not support eSIM. In Hong Kong and Macau, only iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone SE 2020, and iPhone XS feature eSIM functionality.
Samsung devices vary by region. Samsung phones purchased in Taiwan do not support eSIM. For other regions, please check the official Samsung website.
Please be aware that Internet quality may be affected by location, terrain, building obstruction, number of users, and weather conditions.
To maintain network quality and adhere to the Fair Usage Policy (FUP), telecommunications companies worldwide may restrict data usage for users who consume large amounts of data in a short period, which may result in loss of Internet access or slower speeds. To ensure normal connectivity, please avoid watching or downloading videos for long periods, updating software, sharing hotspots, or performing other high-data-consumption activities.
iOS: Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM > Scan QR code > Add Cellular Plan
Android: Settings > Network & Internet (Connections) > SIM Manager > Add eSIM (Add Cellular Plan) > Scan QR code
1. Upon arrival at your destination, turn off other SIM cards and enable only the eSIM and its data roaming.
2. Set the APN for the eSIM (the APN is usually identified automatically; if not, you will need to set it manually).
