- Winter Ski Resort Transfer
Transfers between hotels and ski resorts can be arranged upon request, suitable for travelers carrying ski equipment. Please inform us of the quantity of equipment and luggage when booking.

Transportation to hot spring areas such as Noboribetsu, Lake Toya, and Jozankei can be arranged.

How to Book
1. Please provide the travel date, estimated departure time, pickup location, and drop-off location when booking.
2. Please provide the actual number of passengers, number of luggage pieces, and quantity of ski equipment (if any).
3. Please ensure that the passenger and luggage capacity of your selected vehicle meets your needs.
4. Please contact the supplier in advance if you need to change the pickup time, location, or route.
5. For special routes, ski resort transfers, and related additional fees, please refer to the supplier's confirmation.
Fees and Notes
- This product is a private point-to-point transfer service, not a shared bus or a fixed-itinerary day tour.
- Please refer to the fee details of your selected package for what is included and not included.
- Unless otherwise specified in the selected package, this product does not include guide services, ski lessons, ski equipment rental, or ski resort admission tickets.
- Do not exceed the vehicle's certified passenger capacity. Luggage and ski equipment must be declared in advance to ensure an appropriate vehicle is arranged.
- In winter, Hokkaido may be affected by snowfall, road closures, and traffic conditions. Actual travel time may vary.
- Service Hours: Vehicle transfers can be arranged daily from 07:00-21:00. Please provide your preferred pickup time and pickup/drop-off locations when booking. The actual service arrangement is subject to booking confirmation.
- Free Waiting Time and No-show Policy: The driver will arrive at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time. The free waiting time is 30 minutes. If passengers do not appear after the free waiting time and cannot be reached, it will be considered a no-show, and the booking will not be refunded.
