Teine All-In group lesson

Five teaching hours and lesson filming. Choose English ski, Mandarin ski, English snowboard or Mandarin snowboard; these are separate beginner classes. Ages 16+. A departures pair English ski with Mandarin snowboard; B departures pair Mandarin ski with English snowboard. Both classes share transport and split into separate instruction at Teine.

Included

• Round-trip shared taxi Sapporo Station–Teine, departing at 08:30. A maximum of six guests share the transfer across both classes and all booking channels.

• Standard skis or snowboard, boots, ski poles where applicable, jacket and pants, gloves and goggles. Collect the pre-arranged rental at Olympia under the class name.

• Helmet for every guest and protection pads for snowboarders. No extra group safety-gear charge.

• Lift ticket: five-hour ticket through 7 March; full-day ticket from 8 March.

• Five teaching hours and lesson filming, with a lunch break.

Not included

Lunch, drinks, hotel pickup, accommodation, personal travel/winter-sports insurance and high-performance rental upgrades.

Class size and dates

Each date, sport and teaching language requires two paid participants, counted across all booking channels. Solo travelers may book. Shared transport is limited to six guests total, not six per package. If both teaching groups run, each has its own instructor. If fewer than two paid guests are booked seven days before a class, choose an available alternative date or a full refund for that class.

Each sport/language option has 20 selected dates within 15 December 2026–11 March 2027, not daily. The exact Sapporo Station North Exit boarding point and return time will be provided with the booking arrangements. Bring one small backpack per guest; no suitcases. Rental equipment is collected at Teine Olympia.

Unable to attend because of force majeure: weather or traffic restrictions

• Contact and notification: if severe weather, a road closure or an official traffic/travel restriction prevents you from attending, contact us promptly through your KKday order. Explain the affected lesson date and the restriction. Do not assume that snowfall or a travel delay means the class has been cancelled.

• Operator cancellation or an impossible lesson: if JPOW cancels, or confirmed road/lift closures make the booked lesson impossible, you may choose an available alternative date or a full refund. Rescheduling requires your agreement and is not compulsory. No separate certificate is needed when JPOW cancels or the closure is already verified.

• Guest unable to reach an otherwise operating class: if an official weather, traffic or travel restriction prevents you from reaching the class, JPOW and KKday will review possible rescheduling case by case. Rescheduling is possible only if an appropriate alternative class has available seats and the change is confirmed through KKday. It is not guaranteed. This situation does not automatically guarantee a refund. Any mandatory legal rights and KKday-required exceptions still apply.

• Supporting documents and certificates: a separate weather, police or other special certificate is not automatically required. Please provide an official closure/restriction notice or transport-operator disruption notice where available; a web link or screenshot can be submitted through KKday. If no official notice is available, explain this and send any information you have so the case can be assessed. We may ask for further supporting information if the disruption cannot otherwise be verified.

• Ordinary lateness and voluntary non-attendance do not automatically qualify for a refund. The voluntary cancellation and no-show policy is unchanged.

• If only part of the booked service is disrupted, contact us through KKday so any applicable adjustment can be assessed for the affected service.
