Wine tour and lunch or dinner at our vineyard｜Italy

Visiting our winery means living an experience: it starts with a walk through the rows of vines, where Mario and/or Gianluca will explain the production philosophy oriented to the organic cultivation of Cannonau and Vermentino, and it continues with the recognition of some typical plants and shrubs of the Mediterranean maquis. At the end of the visit we will all have lunch or dinner together underneath the shadow of our big family carrob tree or while the sun goes down on our rolling hills.

The meal will consist of a platter of typical products (pecorino cheese, sausage, bread and extra virgin olive oil, etc.), a first course of malloreddus alla campidanese (a typical Sardinian pasta with sausage sauce), the famous typical roast suckling pig and sheep, barbecued potatoes and typical Sardinian sweets, and of course our white, orange and red wines and liqueurs, all organic.
