Leave Sanremo at 9:30 AM for a guided bike tour of approximately 5 hours, designed to discover the Riviera dei Fiori at a leisurely pace, with authentic views and local flavors. You can participate with your own bike or choose the option with a rented e-bike included in the tour, ideal for enjoying the route with greater ease, even on the uphill sections.
After departing from Sanremo, the route passes Villa Nobel and the magnificent sandy beaches of Tre Ponti, before beginning a gentle ascent towards the famous Poggio, a symbolic place of the Milan-Sanremo route. Along the way you will pass through La Vesca and reach the area of Madonna della Guardia, where a short stop in the pine forest offers one of the first most evocative views of the Gulf of Sanremo and the road leading to Ceriana.
The journey continues among panoramic views, Mediterranean scents, and small hidden corners until you reach Ceriana, a well-kept and charming village nestled in the mountains, famous for its 22 churches and a culinary tradition of great value. In the pedestrian heart of the village, a delicious food tasting of typical local dishes awaits you, perfect for savoring the most authentic soul of the Ligurian hinterland.
After the food tasting, a walk in the village will take you through alleys, historical details, characteristic corners, and places where time seems to have stopped, up to the area of the village's "beach" and the old mills. From here the tour resumes, crossing the bridge over the stream and taking a dirt road surrounded by olive trees.
The return becomes a continuous series of ups and downs amidst scents, nature, and spontaneous breaks, where blackberries, figs, strawberry trees, and other local fruits can accompany the route depending on the season. Leaving the more rural part behind, the road descends towards Bussana, passing near Bussana Vecchia, until it rejoins the bike path and concludes the tour in Sanremo, at the same starting point.
During the experience, we will visit Villa Nobel, Tre Ponti, La Vesca, Madonna della Guardia, Il Poggio, Il Roseto, La Vigna, Ceriana, the olive grove, Beuzi, and Bussana Vecchia: a complete itinerary among the sea, hills, hamlets, and local traditions.
