Depending on the season, the forest can look completely different — from bright green summer vegetation to colorful autumn landscapes and snowy winter trails.

Your guide will make the hike enjoyable and easy-going, while pointing out interesting features of the landscape and sharing local knowledge about Oslo and the surrounding nature. There will be opportunities to stop along the way for photographs and short breaks before continuing towards the viewpoint.

The highlight of the hike is reaching Vettakollen, one of the most famous viewpoints in Oslo. After walking through the forest, the trees suddenly open up and reveal an incredible panorama over the city.

From the rocky viewpoint, see Oslo, the Oslo Fjord, the islands of the fjord, and the surrounding forests and hills. On a clear day, the view is particularly spectacular, creating a perfect opportunity to take photographs and simply enjoy the scenery.

To make the experience even more memorable, drone footage is included in the tour. When conditions and local regulations allow, capture aerial footage of the surrounding landscape and your experience on the trail and at the viewpoint.

In case of bad weather, the hike will be canceled and guests will receive a full refund if the weather conditions prevent the drone from flying safely. If drone footage cannot be provided due to local regulations, guests will receive a full refund for the affected booking.
