This paragliding introductory flight is open to everyone, even if you have a fear of heights or are not very athletic... The instructor will adapt to your wishes and abilities. They will simply ask you to take a short run at takeoff, and little by little the paraglider will take you up. That's it, you're there. All that's left is to get comfortable in the harness. Everything goes smoothly, including the landing.
