Product Info

The Old Royal Naval College is an iconic landmark, located in the heart of the Greenwich UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is steeped in 600 years of history and was the birthplace of Henry VIII. In addition to the fascinating history behind the site, it is Britain’s no. 1 heritage film location.

Be wowed by the breath-taking Painted Hall, known as the UK's Sistine Chapel. Entry includes audio guide available in 7 languages (English, French, Spanish, Italian, Mandarin, German, and Japanese + British Sign Language) or you can join a Painted Hall talk, which runs every 30 minutes from 11am – 4pm

Tickets include the option to join a historical tour of the site, that departs from the Visitor Centre on the hour from 11am - 3pm (subject to availability). This tells the fascinating story from when this was formerly Greenwich Palace, the birthplace of Henry VIII and Queen Elizabeth I. Tickets include entry to the Visitor Centre, Chapel and the Skittle Alley (usually open from 12-3pm) where you can try your hand at Victorian bowling.

The buildings and grounds are one of the most popular filming locations in the UK. Many of your favourite blockbusters have been filmed here including The Crown, Les Misérables, Napoleon, Bridgerton and many more. Book a film tour to discover real-life filming locations and behind the scenes secrets.
