Pokhara Paragliding: Calm Sky Experience

Most paragliding ads sell adrenaline, the freefall, the scream, the extreme sport angle. This isn't that. It's built for people who want to see Pokhara from the air without their pulse spiking the whole way up, licensed pilots, a proper safety briefing, and a flight paced for someone taking this in rather than trying to survive it.

You're picked up from your hotel in Lakeside and driven up to Sarangkot, the launch point above the valley. Your pilot is certified and experienced, not someone who learned on the job, and before you're anywhere near the edge you get a clear briefing and properly fitted gear. Then you're airborne, twenty to thirty minutes gliding over Phewa Lake, the green hills around Pokhara, and the Annapurna range in the distance, your pilot handling every part of the flight while you actually get to look around instead of gripping the harness.

Landing is gentle, near the lakeside, and a transfer takes you straight back to your hotel afterward. Photos and video from the flight are included and sent digitally once you're back on the ground, so you don't spend the flight fumbling with a phone trying to capture it yourself.

Good for first-time flyers specifically, couples, solo travelers, anyone who's curious about paragliding but has never wanted the version that feels like a stunt.

Free date change if the weather doesn't cooperate on your booked day.
