Product Info

Grueți Cave is a great choice for a first wild caving experience. It is located in the Apuseni Mountains, in the Roșia village area.

We meet in the center of the village, then drive our cars close to the cave. At the parking area, you will be introduced to the equipment and the safety rules. We gear up and head towards the cave. A short, easy 10-minute hike takes us to the entrance.

The entrance area is a high passage with large chambers. As we go deeper inside, the passages become a bit smaller. We have to climb a little to reach the upper section of the cave. This part of the cave has big chambers and many beautiful formations.

Price includes: guiding (with a certified speleological guide) and individual equipment (caving suit, helmet with light, and rubber boots).
