Before we start cooking, we will take a walk in our organic farm to collect ingredients. Depending on the season, we will collect what is available. On this tour, you learn about all the facets of our sustainable and organic farm. You are invited to our outdoor-kitchen, where you prepare and cook your own lunch on an open wood stove.
